3. Interim order dated 25-10-2024 staying further proceedings in Case No.CBI-726-2024 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Gurugram, Haryana to continue.

4. We are informed that the wife is suffering from breast cancer and the cancer is at an advanced stage.

5. The matrimonial life is of 11 years.

6. With all these allegations, how does the wife expect the husband to take her back.

7. It will be in the interest of both the sides to sit together and resolve all the dispute once and for all.

8. The parties shall once again make an attempt to put an end to this litigation so that both the husband and wife can live peacefully.

9. The parties are directed to appear before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 30-4-2025 at 11.00 a.m.

10. Notify the matter after Mediation Report is received from the Mediation Centre.
