UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

C.A. No. 4787-4794/2021 Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 5 & 6 have failed to file counter affidavit despite last opportunity. Hence, further opportunity to file counter affidavit is hereby declined.

Respondent No. 3 has already filed counter affidavit.

It has been submitted by Ld. Counsel for appellant that proof of publication as well as affidavit has already been filed with regard to respondent No.4. Registry to verify the same and update the records.

If the same has not been filed, four weeks time as last chance is granted to Ld. Counsel for appellant to file affidavit alongwith proof of publication for service on respondent No.4.

List again on 7.3.2025.

C.A. No. 7839/2023 Ld. Counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and 6 has not filed counter affidavit despite last opportunity. Hence, further opportunity to file counter affidavit is hereby declined.

Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. Counsel for appellant, to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars, to issue notice to Respondent No. 5.

List again on 7.3.2025.

C.A. No. 531/2023 Ld. Counsel for appellant has failed to file Affidavit alongwith proof of dasti service with regard to sole respondent.

C.A. No. 532/2023 Ld. Counsel for sole respondent submits that counter affidavit would be filed during the course of the day.

Let the same be filed. If the same is not filed during the course of the day, Opportunity to file the same would stand declined, as Ld. Counsel has not filed counter affidavit despite last opportunity.

The matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions.
