ORDER
1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
2. We have also taken note of the presence of the parties.
3. In pursuant to the approach made through mediation, the matter has been successfully resolved between the parties. A joint application being I.A. No. 30859 of 2025 seeking invocation of Article 142 of the Constitution of India has been filed. In the said application, the parties have prayed for the following reliefs:
“a) Allow the joint application by the Petitioner-Wife and the Respondent-Husband in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by 08.01.2025 executed between the parties;

b) Exercise the power under Article 142 of the Constitution of India and dissolve the marriage between Petitioner-
Wife and Respondent-Husband;
