O R D E R
1. I.A. No.58760 of 2025 has been jointly filed by the parties seeking appropriate directions under Article 142 of the Constitution of India from this Court for dissolving the marriage as per the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 15th February 2025, a copy whereof is filed as Annexure A-1 (Page No. 13) to the said application.
2. Learned counsel for the parties have submitted that all the disputes and differences between the parties have been amicably resolved, and the parties have decided to part ways on certain terms and conditions. Appropriate and necessary orders may be passed in terms of the said settlement.
3. The payments by the respondent to the petitioner as per the settlement through the demand draft of Rs.20,00,000/- have been handed over by the respondent to the petitioner.
4. It is further agreed between the parties, as per paragraph no.5 of the joint application, that the cases mentioned therein, as Signadturee Nost Vecrifiredibed below, shall stand closed:

iii. MC/330/2024 under Section 12 of D.V. Act pending before Dwarka Court, Delhi.
iv. H.M.A. Case Filing No. 450 of 2024 under Section 9 of H.M. Act pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
V. Case No. 467/2024 under section 125 of CrPC before the Ld. Principal Judge, Family Court, Dwarka, New Delhi.
vi. Any other pending cases/complaints (Civil or Criminal) against either parties and their family members or friends, if any.”
5. In view of the above, the following directions are issued:
i) The marriage solemnized on 19th April 2022 between the petitioner-Sakshi Thakur, and the respondent-Gaurav Jaswal, is hereby dissolved by a decree of divorce by mutual consent.
ii) All the legal proceedings pending inter se the parties, as indicated above in paragraph no.5 of the joint application, shall stand closed.
6. Decree be drawn up accordingly.
7. It goes without saying that both parties will continue to abide by the terms of the settlement without any exception.
8. Registry is directed to forward a copy of this order to the foras/courts concerned for passing formal orders closing the cases. 9. We record our appreciation for the reasonable stand taken by the parties, as well as the cooperation extended by their respective counsel.
10. The Settlement Agreement dated 15th February 2025 shall form part and parcel of this order.
11. In view of the above facts, I.A. No.58760 of 2025 is allowed. 12. The Transfer Petition and pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
