(B) Under Section 406 of the Code of Criminal Procedure , 1963, before this Court seeking transfer of Petition filed under Section 125 of the Cr.PC for maintenance instituted by the petitioners being Miscellaneous Judicial Cases (Criminal) No. 3067 of 2022 titled as “Smt. Geeta Sharma and Anr. v. Shri Nitesh Sharma (Lomas)” pending before the Family Court at Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh) to the Family Court at Mathura (Uttar Pradesh).
