O R D E R
1. The matter has been amicably settled between the parties. As per the agreement dated 20.01.2025 arrived at between the parties an amount of Rs.37 Lacs has to be paid to the petitioner/wife to the respondent/husband. An amount of Rs.25 Lacs has already been paid to the petitioner/wife on earlier dates. Today, a demand draft for the balance sum of Rs.12 Lacs has been handed over to the petitioner/wife by the respondent/husband.
2. The stridhan of the petitioner/wife, as per the inventory prepared in the presence of the learned mediator, has already been handed over by the respondent/husband to the petitioner/wife.
3. It appears that the marriage between the petitioner/wife Signature Not Verifiaednd the respondent/husband is irretrievably broken down and, Digitally signed by NARENDRA PRASAD Date: 2025.02.18
17:30:29 IST therefore, the parties have resolved to give an end to their Reason:
relationship. They are praying before this Court to exercise its powers under Article 142 of the Constitution of India and put an end to their relationship as husband and wife.
