The appeals are allowed accordingly.

We have been informed that the chargesheet has already been filed in all the FIRs except in FIR Nos.261/2023 and 262/2023.
In such view of the matter, we do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned order(s) passed by the High Court. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the chargesheet, in which case, the impugned order(s) will not stand in the way.
Insofar as FIR Nos.261/2023 and 262/2023 is concerned, a direction is issued to the Investigating Agency to complete the investigation and to file a final report within a period of four weeks from today. Upon such filing, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same, if so aggrieved.
The Special Leave Petitions are, accordingly, disposed of.
Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
