Heard learned senior counsel for the parties. The petitioner and the respondent are also present.

2. We have heard the matter at length and all aspects have been covered by the parties which basically, is a blame game dwelling on the past rather than a way forward. We find the situation to be unfortunate where a young girl child aged about six years is being used as a pawn to settle the personal ego of two parties who are at loggerheads and whose relationship is also bitterly strained.
