O R D E R
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned ASG/senior counsel and learned counsel for the respondent No.1 and respondent-State(s). We have perused the material on record.
The petitioners have sought the following reliefs:
“A. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or such other appropriate Writ directing the transfer and/or clubbing of all FIRs i.e. FIR No.03/2024 registered in Nagaur, Rajasthan, FIR No.50/2024 registered in Delhi, FIR No.23/2024 registered in Mumbai, Maharashtra registered against the Petitioners to be brought together before any appropriate Investigating Agency/Court in the State of Delhi as deemed fit by this Hon’ble Court.
B. Issue appropriate directions for the enlargement of the petitioners on bail by passing appropriate directions till the disposal of the regular bail application by the court competent to take cognizance of the clubbed/transferred FIRs mentioned as below:
i. Delhi, FIR No.50/24 u/s 419/420/120B IPC & 66C, Signature Not Verified
