2. The present appeal has been filed by the appellant assailing the judgement dated 11th October, 2023 passed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi1, in Consumer Case No.2036 of
2018.
3. We have perused the additional affidavit filed by the appellant, the order impugned herein and the records placed before us and heard learned counsel for the appellant.
4. We are of the considered opinion that the NCDRC has given just and valid reasons for the conclusion arrived at. We see no reason to interfere with the well-reasoned order.
5. Application for deletion of the names of respondents No.5 and 6 is allowed for reasons stated in the application.
6. The appeal stands dismissed being devoid of any merits. Pending applications are disposed of.
