Signature Not Verified 1. Heard learned Senior Counsel/learned counsel for the parties for some time. Before considering the desirability of cancelling the bail granted to petitioner No.1, we deem it appropriate to issue the following directions: (i) The petitioners are directed to file their respective affidavits within two weeks giving full details of the immovable and movable assets owned by them, their family members and other legal entities in which they are Directors/Officers or have held any managerial position. (ii) The Investigating Agencies of the States of Maharashtra and Gujarat shall coordinate to ascertain the full details of the assets belonging to the petitioners. (iii) Learned counsel for the parties shall have instructions as to why a Committee be not constituted by this Court for the auctioning of the assets and disbursement of the sale proceeds amongst the investors by evolving a fair, just and equitable criteria. 3.
