ORDER
Leave granted. By the impugned order, an application made by the second respondent for cancellation of bail has been disposed of by not granting the relief of cancellation of bail. The observations made in the impugned order reads thus: “As such, I am of the view that at this stage, no further comments be made on the manner in which the investigation is under progress. It would be at the liberty of the investigating agency, if required to pray for custody of the accused persons concerned considering their complicity in connection with the instant case for the purposes and sake of investigation of the case to unearth the truth.” Now, the charge-sheet has been filed on 29th February, 2024. Therefore, unless the bail granted to the appellants is cancelled, on the basis of the aforesaid observations in the impugned order, the appellants cannot be arrested.
