O R D E R
1 We have heard Mr Musharraf Ali, counsel for the petitioner and Ms Indira Goswami, counsel for the first respondent.
2 A settlement was arrived at between the parties in the course of the Pre-
Conciliation proceedings in connection with Special Lok Adalat which was convened by this Court between 29 July to 3 August 2024. The settlement was signed by the parties before the District Legal Services Authority, Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur, and is reproduced below:
“SETTLEMENT
1. We have settled our dispute amicable and voluntarily in the Pre-Special Lok Adalat Conciliation meetings held on 11.06.2024, 20.06.2024 & 27.06.2024 at DLSA level by its Secretary, DLSA, Uttar Dinajpur.

2. The terms of settlement is as under:
A. Both of the parties, being lawfully married couple as per Mohammedan Law, have settled the dispute amicably and they are not willing to continue their relation as husband and wife henceforth;
