1. The instant Transfer Petition has been filed by the petitioners who happen to be the mother, sister-in-law and sister of the Respondent No.2 – husband – Himanshu Srivas tava, seeking transfer of AC 801 of 2023 titled “K. Diksha vs.

Himanshu Srivastava & Ors” filed by Respondent No.1 – wife under Sections 12 and 13 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 pending before the 9th Court of learned Judicial Magistrate at Alipore, 24 Pargana, Kolkota, West Bengal to the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate’s Court at Ghaziabad, U.P.

2. Pending the present proceedings, the parties were referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre for exploring the possibility of settlement and the parties have amicably settled their disputes as per the Settlement Agreement dated 5-6-2024 signed by all the parties. The parties were also referred to the Registrar for recording their Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by statements in terms of the said settlement and has been VISHAL ANAND Date: 2024.08.07
