ORDER

Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

The petitioner seeks transfer of C.Case No. 2931 of 2023 from the Court of Ld. Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Amritsar, Punjab.

It is apparent from the record that none of the transactions inter se between the parties took place in the jurisdiction of Ld. Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent does not oppose the prayer for transfer of the complaint Case.

Accordingly, the transfer petition is allowed and it is directed that the file of complaint case no. 2931 of 2023 pending before the Ld. Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal shall stand transferred to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Chandigarh.
