After the dismissal of the Special Leave Petitions filed by the Agriculture Produce Market Committee [SLP(C) Nos 8250-8251 of 2024], Mr Nidhesh Gupta, senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, states that his client is advised to withdraw the Special Leave Petitions so as to enable the petitioner to work out its remedy before the High Court in regard to the investment which has been made in the project.
5. The Special Leave Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
