The petitioner-wife has filed the petition under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 before this Court seeking transfer of Case bearing Family Suit No. 37 of 2023 titled “Ubaldo Ambrose Pereira Vs. Sabastian Monica” pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Dahod, District Dahod, Gujarat to the Principal Judge, Family Court, District Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Despite due service, no one has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition, we direct the transfer of Case bearing Family Suit No. 37 of 2023 titled “Ubaldo Ambrose Pereira Vs. Sabastian Monica”

pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Dahod, District Dahod, Gujarat to the Principal Judge, Family Court, District Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
