BURHANI GRIH NIRMAN SAHAKARI SANSTHA MARYADIT SNEH NAGAR – Appellant
Versus
INDORE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY – Respondent
O R D E R
Permission to file Review Petition(s) is granted.
Delay condoned.
Application(s) for listing the Review Petition(s) in open Court and oral hearing are rejected.
Application(s) for permission to file substitution application(s), application(s) for substitution, condonation of delay in filing application(s) for setting aside the abatement and setting aside an abatement are allowed.
I. A. No.194950 of 2023 is allowed at the risk of the petitioner(s).
As per office report dated 15th April, 2024, Review Petition (C) D. Nos.28254, 28265 and 28607 of 2023 are defective and learned counsel has not cured the defects despite Registry’s letter dated 24.07.2023 and 07.03.2024. However, having carefully gone through the Review Petitions, the order(s) under challenge and the papers annexed therewith, we are satisfied that there is no error apparent on the face of the record or any merit in these Review Petitions, warranting reconsideration of the order impugned. The Review Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed.
Pending application(s) shall stand disposed of.
