ORDER
1. Learned counsels for the parties state that the said appeals have become infructuous as the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi has already decided the matters before it or the complainant had withdrawn the matter before the said Commission.
2. In view of the above, all the above-mentioned Civil Appeals are dismissed as having become infructuous.
CIVIL APPEAL NO.10127/2016:-
1. The learned counsel for the appellants states that the complainant had already withdrawn the complaint before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi and the appeal has become infructuous.
2. In view of the above, the Appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
CIVIL APPEAL NO.1983/2020:-
1. The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present Civil Appeal on the ground that the National Commission has already permitted the respondent to file the written statement and the matter has reached to the stage of final arguments.
2. The permission as sought for is granted.
3. The Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
