1. The prayer in these miscellaneous applications is for typographical correction in the order dated 27.04.2022, whereby three transfer petitions seeking transfer of three Digitally signed by Ashwani Kumar Date: 2024.04.02 17:52:06 IST Reason:

Signature Not Verified different cases were allowed and all the matters were ordered to be transferred to the Family Court at Mumbai.

These cases included a petition under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, Cr.P.C.) filed by the applicant petitioner-wife. The correct number of the aforesaid petition was Petition No.160/2018 and it was pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Saket Courts, New Delhi. However, due to inadvertent mistake, the petitioner incorrectly mentioned it as Petition No.16/2018 in her transfer petition. Consequently, in the order dated 27.04.2022, Petition No.16/2018 was mentioned instead of Petition No.160/2018.
