Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner-wife is seeking transfer of divorce petition, being Case No. 1464 of 2023, instituted by the respondent-husband, pending before the Family Court, Jaipur, Rajasthan to the Family Court, Bathinda District, Punjab, where she is residing.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, Case No. 1464 of 2023, titled “Priyanka Meena vs. Himanshu Meena” is transferred to the Family Court, Bathinda District, Punjab with the liberty to the respondent-husband to seek permission for virtual hearing, which may be allowed unless his physical appearance is absolutely necessary.

Consequently, Transfer Petition is allowed.

The Family Court, Jaipur, Rajasthan shall transfer the Digitally signed by Dr.
