The petitioner seeks leave to assail the order dated 14.7.2023 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad in Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 25433 of 2023. The FIR was registered against the petitioner under Sections 498A and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. After the completion of the investigation, charge-sheet was laid accusing the petitioner of commission of offences under Sections 498A and 306 of the Indian Penal Code. The application for bail moved by the petitioner was rejected as per the impugned order.
