On perusal of the records, we consider it appropriate to transfer the case bearing HMA 2412/2023, titled as Kumar Mohan Vasnani v. Lavina Wadhwani, pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court at Indore, Madhya Pradesh to the Family Court No.1, Jaipur Metropolitan, Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Records shall be sent by the Court where proceedings are pending to the transferee Court promptly and without any delay.
