Signature Not Verified Theses Special Leave Petitions under Article 136 of the Constitution arise from an order dated 23 August 2023 of a Single Judge of the High Court of Judicature at Bombay while deciding an application for stay of two arbitral awards dated 04 December 2021.

Both the awards are in favour of the petitioner. The first of the two awards is in the amount of Rs 15.63 crores. The Single Judge has directed that an amount of Rs 06 crores be deposited as a condition for stay. The second award is in the amount of Rs 02.95 crores. The Single Judge has directed deposit of an amount of Rs 1.15 crores as a condition for the grant of stay. 3 Admittedly, the respondent has deposited the amount of Rs 06 crores and Rs
