UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

ORDER

Heard learned counsel appearing on both sides.

The submissions reveal that the parties are willing to explore the possibilities of settlement of their dispute through the process of mediation. Let the main dispute between the parties be referred to Mediation.

In the said circumstances, the parties are directed to appear before the Co-ordinator of the Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 23.04.2024 at 11.00 A.M,virtually. The Co-ordinator shall appoint a Mediator to enable the parties to settle the matter amicably. After the appointment, the Mediator shall intimate the parties the date of virtual meeting.

Signature Not Verified The parties shall also appear physically before the Mediator in case, their presence is inevitable as per the Mediator. In such eventuality, the expenses for the travel and stay of the petitioner-wife shall be met by the respondent-husband, which amount is fixed at Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only). Needless to mention that this amount shall be paid by the respondent on each date of physical appearance by the petition- wife, before the Mediator.
