ORDER

1 The petitioner has nominated Mr Justice Rajiv Narain Raina, former Judge of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana as arbitratior.

2 The counsel for the respondent states that the respondent has approached Mr Justice M R Agnihotri, former Judge of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana to act as arbitrator. The consent is awaited. 3 In the event that Mr Justice M R Agnihotri agrees to the nomination, the arbitrators shall complete the composition of the arbitral tribunal by nominating the third arbitrator.

4 In the event that Mr Justice M R Agnihotri, does not convey his consent within a period of two weeks from the date of this order, the respondent shall nominate a fresh arbitrator within a period of one week thereafter.
