ORDER

1. The petitioner-wife has filed the petition under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking transfer of Case bearing M.P. No. 1286 of 2023 titled “Sachin Lakshman Prasad Jalan Vs. Rashi Sachin Jalan / Rashi Agarwal” pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Family Court, Kalyan, Maharashtra to the Principal Judge Family Court, Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh.

2. By an order dated 12.12.2023, the matter was referred to mediation for an amicable settlement. The mediation resulted in a successful settlement and the learned mediator recorded the settlement agreement between the parties. In view of the settlement, a joint application has been filed requesting this Court to record the settlement, direct dissolution of marriage and also to quash & set aside certain criminal case(s), by exercising powers under Article 142 of the Constitution of India.

3. It is apposite to refer to the relevant paragraphs delineated in the Joint Application that are as under:
