Looking to the nature of crime instituted against the

petitioners under Sections 342, 346, 365, 368, 370, 465, 467, 471 &

120-B of IPC, we are not inclined to interfere in the order

impugned at this stage.

However, let the statements of the prosecutrix/victims be

recorded at the earliest and after their statements are recorded,

the petitioners are at liberty to renew their application for bail,

if so advised.

The special leave petition is dismissed with the aforesaid

liberty.

Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of

accordingly.
