Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the

learned counsel for the respondent and perused the petition papers

including the counter affidavit/objection statement filed on behalf

of the respondent.

There in a categorical averment made in the objection

statement with regard to the pending 14 cases in which the

petitioner is alleged to have been involved and also that the

petitioner, despite having the interim protection, has not co-

operated in the investigation in the instant case.

In a matter of the present nature, we neither see any reason

to extend the interim protection granted by this Court through its

Order dated 08.04.2021 nor to interfere with the impugned judgment.

However, if the petitioner surrenders and files an application

seeking regular bail, the same shall be considered in accordance

with law as expeditiously as possible.

Petition is accordingly, disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
