UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Considering the fact that the next date of hearing of bail

application before the High Court is on 17.02.2023, the present

Special Leave Petition is not entertained.

However, it will be open for the counsel for the petitioner to

request the High Court to hear, decide and dispose of the bail

application expeditiously and hear the bail application on

17.02.2023, which may be considered by the High Court positively,

considering the fact that it is question of bail application.

With this, the Special Leave Petition stands dismissed.

Pending applications stand disposed of.
