We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment

and hence, the special leave petition is dismissed.

In case the petitioner surrenders or is arrested and files an

application for regular bail, the same will be considered as

accordance with law without being influenced by any observations

made in the impugned order. We clarify that we have not made any

observation either way on the question of grant of regular bail.
