UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Mr. Anupam Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioners would submit that the FIR in this case was lodged

on 11.08.1991, three decades back. Moreover, only a finger

injury was sustained by the victim Mahboob Ali, whose father

was the complainant and although the matter was compromised

amongst local village people. However, only because of the

charge under Section 307 of the IPC, the High Court has

refused to entertain the application of the petitioner.

The respondent No.2 appears through counsel and he

supports the case of the accused.

Issue notice.

In the meantime, coercive step against the petitioners
