Versus
KARIM BAKSH – Respondent
ORDER
In the captioned Miscellaneous Application, the petitioner seeks clarification of the order dated 10.04.2023 of this Court in Civil Appeal No.2531 of 2023 and a consequential direction to the parties to maintain status quo with regard to the nature, title, possession and construction of the land which is the subject matter of the petition. After a critical scanning of the petition and the prayers made in the light of the decision of this Court in Delhi Administration v. Gurdip Singh Uban & Ors. [(2000) 7 SCC 296, we find that, in substance, this application is nothing but an application for review and hence, it is liable to be dismissed. In the said circumstances, this Miscellaneous Application must fail. Consequentially, it is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of. .....................,J. (C.T.
