CORAM :
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.S. BOPANNA
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE HIMA KOHLI
For Petitioner(s) Mr. Jose Abraham, AOR
For Respondent(s)
UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Delay condoned.
Considering that the matter at this stage, relates to
visitation rights, we see no reason to interfere with the order
impugned.
However, taking note that the High Court has directed the
family court to dispose of G.W.O.P. No.3662 of 2019 as
expeditiously as possible as far as back on 01.08.2022 and the
learned counsel for the petitioner submits that substantial
progress has not been done, we direct the family court to
dispose of the proceedings as expeditiously as possible but in
any event not later than five months from the date a copy of
this order is made available.
The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
Pending application(s) shall also stand disposed of.
