UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

In view of a decision of this Court in the case of

Bank of Rajasthan v. VCK Shares & Stock Broking Services

Limited¹, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty

to file an appeal against the order rejecting the plaint.

Accordingly, the Special Leave Petition is disposed

of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

All contentions are kept open.
