Learned counsel for both the parties state that they are

desirous of an endeavour for settlement through mediation. The

matter is thus referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre. The

parties will appear before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre on

13.2.2023 at 2.00 p.m. initially virtually and if, thereafter, for

purposes of personal presence of the petitioner, the expenses will
