appropriate to transfer Divorce Case No.

1714/2021, titled as “Amit Bhateja vs. Smt. Neha,

pending in the Court of Family Judge No. 1, Family

Court, Jaipur Nagar, Jaipur (Rajasthan) to the

Court of Principal Judge, Family Court at Ranchi

(Jharkhand).

Records shall be sent by the Court where

proceedings are pending to the transfree Court

promptly and without any delay.
