We do not find any reason to interfere with the orders

assailed in these petitions. We are also apprised by the learned

senior counsel/counsel for the parties that the petitioner-Anita

Munjal has filed a suit in the Delhi High Court staking her claim

on the property involved in the SLP(C)No.7090/2023. That suit may

be examined by the High Court on its own merit.

The special leave petitions are, accordingly, dismissed along

with pending application(s), if any.
