ANITA KUMARI – Appellant
Versus
DR. RAKESH KUMAR TARUN – Respondent
1. Having regard to the affidavit filed by learned counsel for the respondent-husband, which states in so many words that the proceedings in the divorce petition filed by the respondent-husband is at an advanced stage and the petitioner-wife has already been cross- examined thus, leaving the evidence of some other witnesses to be recorded, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition which is, accordingly, dismissed along with pending application.
2. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner-wife to approach the Family Court with a request for examining her witnesses virtually. If such a request is made, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Garhwa, Jharkhand shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders.
