Heard Mr. P.S. Patwalia, learned Senior Counsel representing the Baba Saheb Ambedkar University. Also heard Mr. Amitesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 – Kultikri Teacher Training Institute of Higher Studies. 2. securing affiliation on yearly basis from the University. The

grant of affiliation is naturally subject to the respondent

satisfying the requirement of the mandated norms.

The impugned order passed by the Division Bench pertains to

the affiliation prayer of the College and the Court has directed

that the petitioner’s affiliation renewal will be considered

subject to verification the respondent college fulfilling the

requirements.

In the above context Mr. Patwalia, has referred us to the

No.1 which incorporates an assurance that as college under the

affiliation to the University, they undertake to remove all

deficiencies within four months without fail.

Noticing the above, and the nature of the Court’s order, we

see no reason to pass any other order in this Special Leave

Petition but to reiterate that the renewal of affiliation of the

respondent No.1 will be subject to their satisfying the applicable

norms for affiliation of the Teachers’ Training College.

With the above order, the Special Leave Petition is disposed

of.
