UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

SLP(C) No. 28215/2023 Opportunity to respondent Nos. 1 to 10, 12, 13, 15-18, 20, 21, 23-30, 32, 33, 35-55 and 57-62 to file counter affidavit has already been declined.

Service of notice on respondent No.69 is still awaited.

Service is complete on the remaining respondents, but none has entered appearance.

Respondent No.2 is granted four weeks’ time for filing counter affidavit.

Respondent No.6 is granted four weeks’ time for filing counter affidavit.
