UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Having heard learned senior counsel appearing for the

petitioners, we do not propose to entertain this petition under

Article 32 of the Constitution of India.

However, notwithstanding the earlier judgment dated

19.02.2002 passed by this Court in C.A. No.1326 of 2002, if the

petitioners make out a case on merits before an appropriate forum

due to subsequent developments, the appropriate forum may entertain

and consider the same on its own merits, in accordance with law.

With the above liberty to the petitioners to approach the

appropriate forum, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

Pending application(s) shall stand disposed of.
