Signature Not Verified Transfer Petition (Criminal) Nos. 533-534/2023 etc. pending before the court of Additional Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Proddatur, Andhra Pradesh to the Court of Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class at Ponnampet, Kodagu, Karnataka. Learned counsel appearing for the parties, under instructions, request to refer the matter for mediation for amicable resolution. With the consent of both the parties, the matter is referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre for mediation. Parties to remain present before the Mediator on 08th November, 2023, at 2.30 p.m. On the first date, i.e., 08th November, 2023, mediation may take place by virtual mode. Thereafter, the parties have agreed to appear personally as per the instruction by the Mediator. After considering the issue, the report of mediation be made available as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the date of first appearance of the parties.
