SHIVANI BHANDARI – Appellant
Versus
MANU BHANDARI – Respondent
ORDER
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent. Though the present proceeding is a petition for transfer of a divorce petition instituted by the respondent-husband, an application for dissolution of marriage has been taken out by the respondent seeking to invoke our jurisdiction under Article 142 of the Constitution of India. This application has been registered as IA No.208434/2023. Learned counsel for the respondent-husband does not want to press this application. The said IA No. 208434/2023 is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. So far as the main transfer petition is concerned, learned counsel for the parties want to explore the possibility for resolving their core dispute through the process of mediation.
