Leave granted. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing learned counsel appearing for the appellant and the contesting respondent namely respondent No.2 submitted that in tune with the consent terms filed in I.A.No.258431/2023 both the FIRs filed by the parties may be quashed. It seems that FIR No.1561/2022, subject matter of the present appeal, has been filed by respondent no.2 and FIR No.46/2023 has been filed by the appellant. The first FIR has been filed in the State of Telangana and the second one is filed in the State of Maharashtra. 3. We have perused the aforesaid two First Information Reports.
