UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Taking note of the fact that the defecto complainant was heard

by the High Court while passing the impugned order, we suo motu

implead the defecto complainant as a party to this Special Leave

Petition viz., as second respondent.

The petitioner shall furnish the details of

defecto

complainant within two days so as to enable issuance of notice.

Registry shall carry out appropriate amendment to the cause title.

Upon receipt of the details of defecto complainant, notice

shall be issued to the second respondent, returnable in two weeks.
