O R D E R
1. Leave granted.
2. Heard learned senior counsel for the appellant as well as counsel for the State of Maharashtra and other authorities.
3. We find that the appellant was issued a caste certificate of "TADVI-13" Scheduled Tribe by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Nanded on 15.06.2012. On the strength of that certificate, she secured admission in the MBBS course in the Government Medical College, Latur. During the verification of the caste certificate, the Scrutiny Committee did not find the appellant’s certificate to be valid. The invalidation of that certificate led to the initiation of court proceedings, which were eventually decided against the appellant. She has meanwhile completed the MBBS course. As the respondent authorities have declined to issue the degree and completion certificate for the medical course and the High Court has also refused to entertain her claim, the appellant is before us.
