3. We allow the Transfer Petition and direct that the HMA No.

1189 of 2022 titled as “Anubhav Bhatnagar Versus Konpal Saxena” be transferred from the Court of AD, SJ and Additional Presiding Officer, Family Court, Ambala, District Ambala, Haryana to the Presiding Officer, Family Court, Jaipur, District Jaipur, Rajasthan.
