injuries including fracture in Hip bone in a motor to the tune of Rs.2,95,500/-(Rupees two lakhs ninety-five thousand and five hundred) with 7.5% interest has been enhanced by the High Court to Rs.7,56,300/-(Rupees seven lakhs fifty-six thousand and three hundred).
2. The compensation so awarded by the High Court appears to be just and fair and as such, we need not interfere with the order so as to enhance it further.
3. Hence, the special leave petition is devoid of merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
4. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
