The petitioner-wife has filed the present petition before this Court under Section 406 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking transfer of the trial and proceedings of the SCC No 13611/2021 pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class Tal, Trimbakeshwar, Nashik to Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition, we allow the transfer petition and direct transfer of the SCC No 13611/2021 from the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class Tal, Trimbakeshwar, Nashik to Court of Judicial Signature Not Verified Magistrate First Class, Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
